An example of one of his one sided ruling is the following... mother testifies that on a specific date, her son moved back in with her after a very short lived stay with his father. Father agrees to the date as true and testifies to the same date. Son testifies to this date also. But this judge has so much power he can change dates, ignore testimony and order a ruling in spite of testimony stating the same thing from all parties! So mother is charged with several weeks of child support when her son was actually residing with her, in her home! Father gets out of over a month's child support in spite of the fact he testified to the fact that his son had moved out.
